How do I sign up?

Go to www.asensoremit.com and register by using your email address. In order to sign up, you will need to provide some basic information about yourself. There is no fee!

Can I change my personal information after registering?

No, you will need to contact our customer support to change your personal details in your account. However, you can change your account password without calling us.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, each customer can only create one Asenso Remit account. Your accounts will be blocked if you create multiple accounts. Please let us know if you have mistakenly created more than one account and advise which one you prefer to retain. Please see our contact details here.

My account is blocked. What happened?

This instance can happen for different reasons. Please contact our customer support to assist you further. Our contact details can be found here.

Why did I not get a verification e-mail?

If you have not received your verification email, please do the following:
1. Check your spam and trash folders as the email might have been filtered.
2. Add info@asensoremit.com to your contact list.
3. Make sure that the email that you have entered when you registered to Asenso Remit is valid and correct.

How can I edit existing receiver profiles?

You can edit your receiver’ details by going to the Receiver section of your Asenso Remit’s account. Once you are in this section, you will be given an option to edit their details.
